Unexpected noise, great staff

Woken up by joyful laughter from the rooftop bar, I enjoyed fantastic breakfasts and friendly staff who made my stay special. The location near 5th Ave added to the charm.

However, the music from the rooftop was unbearably loud on weekend nights, making it hard to sleep. The parking situation was frustrating as well, with complicated mobile payments.

No hot water and rude front desk staff.
